Kevin is founder and partner at Spirit of Creation (London), a leading service design agency with a client list including First Direct and Barclays.
Advocating the fundamental importance of building services based on sound research and quality insight, Kevin spoke on its application in large-scale, high-impact projects drawing on examples from both the public and private sectors.
Jude Leitch....An Award Winning Approach
Jude works for Propinvest Ltd., who won the award for The Best Use of Customer Knowledge at The Northern Marketing Awards in 2008. The company specialises in real estate investment and in the North East, they manage 'The Gate', Newcastle.
Jude explained how extensive, high-quality research has been used to inform the design of services at The Gate. Propinvest have been specifically recognised for their commendable response to the challenge of targeting and catering for an extremely diverse consumer base.
Sue Dobson....Smart Thinking
Sue, teaching fellow at Newcastle University, shared her expertise and present the latest in service research theory. Sue has worked with a wide range of people in industry, B2B and consumer services and will discuss the practical application of contemporary research models.
